The notes indicate the order in which the doors must be opened
Read the first four notes from top to bottom and the 5th note from bottom to top

A very nice brainteaser with fun meta humor and cute pixel art! It's a nice side-challenge to see what has changed in each room, which ultimately made the bigger and more apparent changes more jarring (in a good way!!) !
Additionally I love the huge picture of the brother xDD
